Hello Paul we are back in the UK now and enjoying our grand children as you know something we missed very much while we lived in Spain, everything went through so quickly in the end and although it seemed manic at times we are so relieved we are back.

Just a line to thank you for your help in finding our house in Spain recently! We were pretty sure of our budget and house type and, as you know, we wanted to view one of the properties on your site which fitted our criteria.
Having viewed it we were very pleased as it was exactly as described on the website, in addition we made an offer and had acceptance in a few days - this certainly made things easier for us as we were only visiting for a week!
