Q: You don't have any properties in my area, so why would I sell with you?

A: There are currently a vast range of properties for sale in the large area which incorporates the Spanish Costas, and although we will not always have the same number of properties in your area as a local Spanish agent, we do advertise your propertyglobally via the most powerful property web portals and in up to 9 languages.

Q: At what intervals will I be charged?

A: You can market your property with us until sold or until you cancel your property advert listing.

Handling Enquiries

Q: How do I know if someone is interested in buying my property?

A: Interested buyers in your property will complete an online form which in turn will generate an email to you advising you of their interest and providing you with their contact details.  At this point, you need to make contact with the enquirer, qualify their interest and if appropriate arrange a viewing.
