We will create a bespoke web page dedicated to your property, the web page will be written in English and professional translated in to Spanish and Russian. The page will include photos, floor plans (if you have them) and a map locating the exact position in Spain. It will contain area information including local towns, beaches and airports. We will work closely with you regarding the content of the page.
Your web page will also include a downloadable PDF document detailing all the property information in a printable format allowing interested parties to download and print an exact copy of the web page for viewing at their leisure.

During the first week of each month we will contact you regarding the enquiries you have been receiving for your property. We do this each and every month to ensure you are informed every step of the way. Once we have the report we can discuss what options we need to take if any to improve the listings enquiries.
All your viewings will be undertaken by a director of Sell Property In Spain to ensure attention to detail and providing you with a high level of experience and customer service. We will visit the property prior to the clients and make sure the property is aired and fresh and makes the right impression the first time around.
We charge a one off Low fixed fee to cover the work involved in the above points, the fee is paid up front and is valid until the property is sold €1500.00 plus IVA.
