Well so far so good, I have had two viewings in the past month, not sold yet, but just to let you know, I have had my villa on with a Spanish Agent for the past 18 months without a single viewing. Once I’ve sold I estimate a 5,000 euro saving on Agent Fees.

| Saludos a ti y todo el equipo de esta empresa, he tenido mi casa un año en el mercadillo y con una agencia local y no he tenido ni una visita. Ni llamadas, ni he visto que la agencia pusiera mucho interés. Con vosotros siempre hemos estado en contacto por correo y teléfono y por eso quiero aquí daros las gracias. | When I decided to move back to the UK for financial reasons I needed to sell my property AND QUICK, I was getting desperate and then came across the Sell Property in Spain website, I decided to give it a go and I am so relieved that I did. Although it’s a lot colder here in Blighty at least I haven’t the added worry of an unsold property being left to rot!
