Cabo Roig boasts two superb “Blue Flag” beaches. These being the Cala Caleta and Cala Capitan. Both are exceptionally popular, extremely safe for young families and kept clean, tidy and beautifully maintained. The beach bar at Cala Caleta is a popular place for a tapas snack and the odd midnight cocktail, during the hot summer months.

Cala Caleta is the starting point of the picturesque cliff walk to La Zenia, a recommended way to spend an hour or two on a warm summers evening.

Located within a few minutes from Cabo Roig are 3 first class golf courses.

This is a  more challenging 18-holer lying on mountainous ground, making the course very interesting for players wanting to take a few risks. Las Ramblas literally means “The Dry Ravines”, and often have to play over or along a ravine. The course is not too long and it has wonderful views.

The Real Club de Golf Campoamor,  was built on a former country estate and surrounded by beautiful unspoilt countryside. Its 18 holes run through two connected valleys surrounded by low, gentle ridges which protect it from the wind, and have fantastic views over the blue Mediterranean Sea. Opened in 1989, a beautiful course with wide fairways and large greens.  This is an ideal beginners or intermediate course, but also perfect for the experienced golfer.

With its superb facilities it is one of Spain’s finest and best known golf complexes in the Southern Costa Blanca, and has existed for 35 years.  It has hosted the Spanish Open, as well as many other prestigious competitions. Villamartin is located in a valley, on the edge of a riverbed. The terrain is not that hilly. It has dense forests, and the course is perfectly integrated into the natural environment. The greens are spacious and well maintained.
