The Country Mansion dates back to the XVIII century, generations of the same family have lived in the property for more than 250 years.

The Mansion has lots of history and is the biggest property in the area of Almoradi. Constructed over two floors with 1300 square metres of house, it is an impressive property to say the least.

The main entrance to the Property is via two large wooden doors these are original and constructed from materials of the time. The double doors lead into a large hallway which has a stone archway leading into another hallway with a metal staircase which leads to the first floor.

There are two other entrances to the front of the building one to the left and one to the right of the main entrance doors, the right hand side opens up in to a living room, kitchen complete with bread oven and chimney and one bedroom, the left hand side door opens into a further living room and a prayer room.

A further entrance to the right hand side of the building leads to a large 200 square meter storage room which has various doorways leading to the internal patio area.

The back part of the property were the stables where various animals lived still having the original feeding troughs. The first floor is divided into entrance hallway, large living room, dining room, pantry, two storage rooms, sixteen bedrooms and bathrooms.

On this floor there is a stairway with access to a large terrace which still has the original messenger pigeon houses. From the terrace you have panoramic views of Almoradi and the countryside.

The mansion is built from stone and wooden pillars on the ceilings and floors, windows and doors.

The grounds extends some 80,000 metres and is cultivated for fruit trees typical of the local Mediterranean climate, oranges, lemons, mandarins and olives to name a few.

The property is situated just one kilometre from the AP – 7, to the north Barcelona and to the south Granada, with easy access to Almoradi and the local beaches.
